Welcome to the adventures of Obi-Rus Kenobi a fun little geeky look at my life from a “certain point of view.” I created this blog based on a hobby I have had for the last few years. Drawing inspiration from the Travelocity Gnome commercials and the Star Wars Mighty Muggs collectible line and my favorite character in Star Wars, Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi I started photographing my Obi-Wan Mighty Mugg newly dubbed Lil Obi-Rus Kenobi as my “stand in” when I travel. My first attempt was during a trip to Hawaii and the angles and composition turned out a lot better than the “normal tourist” photos that people normally take and thus my hobby was born. Everything from just going out to eat, hanging with friends, to the Cons I try to capture Lil Obi-Rus’s adventures.
This blog will not just be about Lil Obi-Rus’s Adventures but sharing his thoughts, action figure new and links on geek/pop culture as well as art/media projects I’m working on.
